10 gauge SXL wire is ideal for engine compartments or other applications with high temperature environments. SXL wire is composed of stranded, bare copper wires and chemically cross-linked polyethylene thick wall insulation. This design allows the 10 gauge SXL wire to stand up to prolonged temperatures of 125°C (257°F) without melting or fusing, and is resistant to moisture and solvents.
